DESCRIPTION
        This machine tool is a CNC sorghum gantry boring and milling machining center with good dynamic performance, accurate motion precision control, stable machining accuracy and good consistency, which can automatically complete the hole machining such as drilling, expanding, boring, reaming and tapping of parts under one clamping and the machining of milling surfaces, grooves, curved surfaces and other work processes.
This machine tool has the advantages of advanced design concept, beautiful appearance, good overall rigidity, long precision retention, and a wide range of applications. It is widely used in large diesel machinery, agricultural machinery, chemical machinery, new energy, rail transportation, automobile, mining machinery, steam turbine, textile, aerospace, military, shipping, electric power, nuclear industry, metallurgy and other industries.

MATERIAL OF MAIN PARTS AND ARRANGEMENT OF REINFORCEMENT PLATE

  1. castings: bed, table, column, beam, Y-axis drag plate, ram and other large parts are made of high-strength, low-stress cast iron material and resin sand molding process, and tempering heat treatment to eliminate internal stress, to obtain a good overall stable structure. Utilizing the cast iron material's characteristics of high strength, good rigidity, low thermal influence, and excellent seismic performance, the overall accuracy of the machine tool is guaranteed for a long time.    2. fascia: the use of three-dimensional finite element analysis technology, optimize the design, reasonable arrangement of the fascia, the overall stability of the structure for a long time, so as to ensure the overall accuracy of the machine tool for a long time, to extend the service life.
Optional oil cooler can realize constant temperature control of spindle parts to meet the requirements of high-speed machining accuracy.
   3. spindle loosening and pulling knife: the use of special hydraulic cylinders to complete the spindle automatic loosening action, the spindle automatic pulling knife is automatically completed by the butterfly reed.
  4. Spindle rigidity: the spindle is arranged at the center of Z-axis ram and adopts mandrel grinding process with the inner hole of ram, which has excellent rigidity and meets the requirement of strong cutting.
 

CNC AXIS SERVO DRIVES AND GUIDEWAY SUB-COMPONENTS

   1. X/Y/Z-axis drive: AC servo motor + synchronous belt pulley + high-precision ball screw (pre-tensioning between ball screw and nut, full-stroke inspection, eliminating the gap) transmission structure, to achieve X, Y, Z three-way feeding.
  2. X/Y-axis guideway: adopts linear sliding guideway, which has the advantages of good dynamic characteristics, large load bearing, high running accuracy, no crawling at low speed, and small friction resistance.
  3. Z-axis guideway: the guideway surface of ram adopts high-frequency quenching and heat treatment process, and is processed by guideway grinding to obtain high surface roughness and surface hardness, and then it is combined with Y-axis drag plate (which adopts PTFE molding process) to form the sliding guideway sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub

 HYDRAULIC PART OF THE MACHINE

  1. Ram balancing: two special hydraulic balancing cylinders are used to balance the weight of the spindle parts, ram parts and main gearbox parts to reduce the no-load load of the ballscrews and the wear on the Z-axis screws, which can guarantee the accuracy of the ballscrews for a long time, thus ensuring the long term accuracy of the machine tool.
  2. The spindle shift, through the special hydraulic shift cylinder to control the fork to realize the spindle speed of high and low gear automatic switching.
  3. Spindle loosening and pulling: special hydraulic cylinder is used to complete the spindle automatic loosening action, and the spindle automatic pulling is automatically completed by the butterfly reed.

MACHINE TOOL ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA AND PROCEDURES

  1. Precision of machining center: check and accept according to relevant national standards GB/T18400-2010 or Q/XZ03-2015 (for checking geometric accuracy, working accuracy, standard cutting test pieces, etc.).
   2. Check and accept according to the relevant technical agreement, factory documents and configuration list signed by both parties.
   3. For the machine tool with special configuration, the acceptance is divided into two parts: pre-acceptance and final acceptance:
Pre-acceptance: In accordance with the relevant content of the technical agreement and the manufacturer's factory inspection documents, the manufacturer and the user will jointly conduct an acceptance check at the manufacturer's factory, and both parties will sign and approve the acceptance, and the equipment is ready for delivery; for those that the user cannot come to the manufacturer for acceptance , can be regarded as approved pre-acceptance;
Final acceptance: at the site of use by the user, after installation and commissioning by the manufacturer's personnel to the user; the user provides the necessary general tools for installation and commissioning, and the main content of acceptance is to check the goods according to the factory documents, packing list, and accuracy test report , geometric accuracy testing, machine tool run-in verification, etc., and sign the final acceptance report after passing the test.

TRAINING AND INSTALLATION

    Xinzhe Factory supply the installation documents, if easy training can make video meeting by free. If need to to customer's factory to install and train, Xinzhe factory will arrange engineers go to user's factory , the cost of round-trip air ticket, board and lodging will by user, 100.00USD/days salary for each engineers.
AFTER SALES
  1. From the BL date, the manufacturer will implement the "three guarantees" service for the product for one year (if the user causes damage due to his own reasons, an appropriate cost fee will be charged)
  2. When the machine tool breaks down, the manufacturer can accurately judge the cause of the failure and deal with it immediately after receiving the feedback information from the user; if the cause cannot be determined at that time, a reply will be given within 24 hours; for those who need to send personnel to the scene to deal with it, According to the distance of the road, send someone to the place within a week until the fault is resolved.
