1.INFORMATION OF HORIZONTAL MACHINE CENTER

FEATURE
1. It adopts the internationally popular inverted T-shaped moving column overall bed structure, which has the advantages of high rigidity, good stability, and easy protection.

2.The main castings are made of high-grade high-quality cast iron, resin sand molding, and secondary aging treatment after rough machining to ensure the stability of precision.

3.Fully enclosed protection design, double-sided spiral chip removal structure, equipped with large-capacity cutting fluid tank and convenient machine cleaning air gun, optional chain plate type chip removal lifting device and chip storage car.

4.The standard BT50 ring spray spindle is equipped with an air curtain protection device to completely avoid the penetration of cutting fluid and dust; the spindle sleeve is cooled by circulating oil to ensure the accuracy of the spindle and prolong its service life.

5.Fast and reliable cam manipulator tool changing mechanism, with 30 standard configurations, and 40/60 chain tool magazines can be selected, and the tool discs adopt the two-way nearest tool selection method, which is fast, stable and reliable.

6.The oil-water separation structure design of the machine tool is equipped with a centralized lubricating oil recovery system, saving energy. About oil, protect the environment.

7.The three-axis ball screw is pre-stretched with double supports to optimize the transmission rigidity and reduce thermal deformation.


8.Adopt FANUC latest 15/18.5kW wide spindle servo motor, with high torque synchronous toothed belt drive, so that the machine's low-speed heavy-duty cutting ability has been greatly improved (see spindle power torque output characteristics), the maximum output torque of the spindle can be up to 271Nm, and at the same time, the maximum spindle speed of 6,000r/min to meet the high speed and high precision machining requirement

Advantages: simple structure, maintenance-free, low noise, high speed, high torque at low speed (up to 271Nm in S2-15min or S3/S6-40% working mode), calculated speed of 650r/min (i.e., 650r/min up to full power output), providing enough capacity to meet the conventional heavy-duty cutting on the basis of guaranteeing tell-tale machining.
ZF gearbox spindles are also available on request.

9.The three-axis feed drive adopts imported heavy-duty roller linear guides, and the preload is V3 level, with high load capacity and stable precision.

10.The rotary table adopts high-precision end gear positioning, which can provide 1°×360 bidirectional positioning turntable with high indexing and positioning accuracy.
The CNC turntable (option) adopts high-precision double-lead worm gear (with adjustable gap structure) transmission mode, and the clamping and releasing of the worktable are realized by the oil cylinder.

11.The double exchange table (option) adopts the latest servo motor drive technology and rotary exchange, which has the characteristics of fast, stable, low failure rate and simple structure.  (Servo-driven double-changing table)(High-end and atmospheric machine tool operator's station)


12.Equipped with high-performance CNC controller and AC digital drive device, the electrical system design conforms to GB-5226.1 standard and CE safety regulations, heat exchangers are reasonably arranged in the electrical box, and the convenient rotatable machine tool console is equipped with a portable MPG operating device.
